Guess who’s back? Sunday Smoothie is here to cheer your Sunday!

I put smoothies on hold for a while because it’s really hard to find fresh fruits here in the winter. Pineapples, oranges and bananas are pretty much all you can get. But I just couldn’t take it anymore. I needed the sweet, creamy, fresh sensation in my life again. So I made this amazing smoothie that reminds me of  dark chocolate with orange flavor.

Here are your ingredients:


1 cup sweet yogurt, 1 medium banana, 1 small avocado, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp raw cocoa nibs, the zest from one large orange, the juice from the same orange


Delicious, right? This also reminded me of the dark chocolate mint smoothie and thinking about making one with sea salt…hmm.
